"Don’t Guess on Running Shoes"
Just a heads up, don’t try to wing it when buying running shoes. I asked the staff here about what would work for my feet, and they actually knew what they were talking about. They pointed me to a pair that felt right instead of just pushing the most expensive option.

I ordered a pair of running shoes because the price was better than what I was seeing on other sites. I ordered a pair of shoes that the site said were in stock, i half expected the usual backorder email. But nope, they really had them and shipped them out quickly. I’m blaming them for raising my expectations now, because accurate inventory online is way rarer than it should be.

Ordered a pair of Asics and they showed up fast. I always check the little stuff first—the stitching, the tag font, the box label, even the tissue paper inside, and everything looked spot on. Shoes fit right, box wasn’t beat up, and the tags looked legit. No complaints at all.

"Honestly the easiest exchange ever"
I had to exchange my running shoes for a different size and I was fully prepared for it to be a whole dramatic ordeal, but nope, it was shockingly easy. The instructions were super clear, I sent the pair back, and once Holabird Sports got them, the new ones shipped out fast. No endless emails, no weird delays, no customer service maze from the underworld. I’m way more excited than a normal person should be about a shoe exchange, but it was just that smooth.

I ordered from Holabird Sports because the shoes were cheaper than on a few other sites I checked. The order process was easy, shipping was normal, and everything showed up just fine. "Got a fast answer when I needed one"
I had a question about my order, so I sent a message and figured I’d be waiting a while. But they replied quickly, which was nice, and more importantly they actually answered the thing I asked instead of giving me some vague response.
It wasn’t anything over the top, just solid customer service. My issue got sorted without a bunch of back and forth, and yeah, little things like that matter. I’d order from them again.

I had to send back a pair of shoes because they just didn’t fit right, and the return process on holabirdsports.com was way easier than I expected. No annoying back and forth, no hassle, and my refund came through quickly. For some reason I still remember I was eating a weirdly squashed granola bar while printing the return label. I sent my racquet over to Holabird for a restring, it came back feeling just right. The tension felt even all around, no random loose spots or anything weird, which is always the thing I worry about. After a short hit, the strings settled in nicely too. I’ve had a few bad string jobs before, and you can usually tell fast… this definitely wasn’t one of those. Turnaround was quick enough, and overall I’m happy with how it came out.

I had a easy time shopping on holabirdsports.com. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes and found them quicker than I expected, and the filters for size and brand actually made it a lot easier. I also liked being able to look around and see what seemed popular, since I usually feel better buying when it looks like other people are going for the same stuff.
The only thing I noticed is that a few pages felt a bit crowded, so I had to slow down and really look at what was on the screen. Nothing too frustrating though, and checkout was straightforward with no real issues. Overall, I’d probably use the site again...
